What is the difference between mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (mHBOT) and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)?
In contrast to traditional medical grade hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which uses higher pressures, 100% oxygen and is intended to treat acute medical conditions, mHBOT offers a lower pressure experience (up to 1.5ATA and utilises ambient air as the oxygen source. This makes mHBOT more accessible and suitable for a wider range of individuals who are seeking modalities to support their wellbeing, offset lifestyle stressors and proactively optimise their health-span.
Importantly, the lower pressure setting enables continual weekly usage of mHBOT to ensure vital wellness programs can be sustained for optimal health span and lifestyle benefit.
